Nordur Impact helps charities create challenging meaningful expedition programmes for young people and adult with additional needs.

This is not outdoor activity provision. It is a deeper partnership model built around trust, progression and real challenge.

We work closely with charity staff before, during and after each expedition to understand the young people properly: their confidence, anxieties, strengths, support needs and potential. From there, we design journeys that are safe enough to be trusted, but challenging enough to matter.

The result is not just a 'holiday camp".
